Official Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and slotpk ("slotpk", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at slotpk.asia and all associated sub-domains and services.

By registering an account, accessing the slotpk platform, depositing funds, participating in any game, claiming any bonus, or using any service offered by slotpk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using slotpk's services.

These Terms apply to all users of slotpk, including Pakistani players accessing the platform from Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and all other locations. slotpk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Clause 15 below.

Access to slotpk's real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to persons who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active slotpk account. This is a non-negotiable condition of the international gaming licence under which slotpk operates.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Sole Beneficiary: You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded from slotpk or any other gaming platform where such exclusion remains active.
• Not a slotpk Employee: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of slotpk staff are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on the platform.

slotpk may request supporting identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on slotpk. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. The following registration obligations apply:

• You must provide your genuine full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03xx format), and valid email address.
• You must not register using false, misleading, or borrowed identity information.
• Your account may only be funded from payment methods registered in your own name — JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank accounts belonging to third parties may not be used.
• slotpk reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
• Account registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

Players who discover that duplicate accounts exist under their identity must notify slotpk support at [email protected] immediately. slotpk will consolidate or close accounts at its discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slotpk login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply to account security:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify slotpk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• slotpk will never contact you requesting your password via any channel.
• slotpk recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to provide an additional layer of protection.
• Any activity conducted from your slotpk account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until slotpk has been formally notified of a security breach.

slotpk accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the account level.
• All payment methods used must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your slotpk wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited within 30 minutes of cleared payment confirmation.
• slotpk does not charge a fee on deposits. Any charges imposed by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• slotpk reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for any deposit at its discretion.
• Deposits made via payment methods that cannot be verified may be reversed pending investigation.

Withdrawal of funds from a slotpk account is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless slotpk support approves an alternative in writing.
• Standard withdrawal processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — average 10 to 15 minutes; HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank — 2 to 4 hours on business days.
• slotpk reserves the right to conduct enhanced identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Withdrawals are paid exclusively in PKR. slotpk does not facilitate transfers in any foreign currency.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is not permitted until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• slotpk reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious account activity is suspected.

slotpk offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The standard wagering requirement on slotpk bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unmet wagering requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per slotpk account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games. Certain games — including but not limited to live dealer tables and jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• slotpk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the slotpk platform.

All games available on slotpk are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

• All slotpk casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software sourced from licensed game studios. RNG integrity is independently audited by third-party testing laboratories on a regular basis.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for all slot titles. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the outcome of that round will be void and the wager returned to the player's balance. slotpk's decision in such circumstances is final.
• Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer announces "no more bets" and the result is confirmed. No dispute regarding a confirmed live dealer outcome will be accepted on grounds of personal expectation.
• Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. slotpk reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including manifestly incorrect odds — at its discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slotpk platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using false, fabricated, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for personal financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players in live poker or any other multiplayer game format available on slotpk.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using slotpk as a vehicle for financial crime.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, including self-exclusions, by registering new accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing slotpk staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Publishing or sharing slotpk's proprietary content — including game assets, odds data, and promotional materials — without written consent.

slotpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory age or identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or exploitation of promotional offers.
• At the player's own written request for account closure.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.

Upon account closure resulting from player breach of these Terms, slotpk reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, remaining real-money funds (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the source payment method.

slotpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations to prevent problem gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the player is automatically logged out.
• Cool-Down Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for permanent self-exclusion from slotpk. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications reminding players of the duration of their active session.

All content on the slotpk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface design, and proprietary odds data — is owned by or licensed to slotpk and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the slotpk platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• No part of the slotpk platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from slotpk.
• The slotpk name, logo, and all associated brand assets are registered or unregistered trademarks of slotpk. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotpk's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

• slotpk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• slotpk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
• slotpk is not liable for losses resulting from network failures, power outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.
• slotpk is not liable for the actions of third-party payment providers — including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank — and any delays or errors attributable to these providers.

slotpk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on slotpk, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

slotpk will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or licence obligation.

slotpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slotpk will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Continued use of the slotpk platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slotpk's international gaming licence is held. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing authority.

• Players wishing to raise a formal dispute must first contact slotpk's support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum of 10 business days for internal resolution.
• If the internal resolution process does not produce an outcome acceptable to the player, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by slotpk's gaming licence.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
